Shipping policy
At eatntunes.in, every order is a special ‘make to order’, so that customer truly enjoys the taste & freshness same as right from Kitchen. So, to make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics in India and in amazing tampered proof dual packing, to keep the taste and freshness intact!
- Shipping Policy:
Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 72 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details.
Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 - 8 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.
Shipments Originating from North East, are usually shipped within 96 working hours.
- Shipping Charges:
All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- Packaging & Handling Charges:
We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.
